De Vuelta al Cole: Supporting Educational Growth for Our Team

At Morpho Travel Experience, we recognize education as a cornerstone of personal and professional development. With this vision in mind, the De Vuelta al Cole program was launched in 2023 to provide our collaborators the opportunity to resume and complete their third-cycle and highschool studies.

The program originated from an internal assessment conducted in 2022, which revealed the need to support team members who had not yet finished secondary education. Since then, we have collaborated with key partners such as Purdy, Café Britt, and Convexa to offer academic guidance, administrative support, assistance with enrollment processes before the Ministry of Public Education, and access to essential learning resources in both in person and virtual formats.

To date, more than sixty collaborators have participated in the program. This year, we proudly celebrated the first graduating class, a milestone that highlights both the dedication of our students and our institutional commitment to creating meaningful development opportunities. Morpho Travel Experience subsidizes approximately 90% of the program’s total cost, ensuring its accessibility and long-term sustainability.
