Morpho Travel Experience is pleased to announce the opening of two innovative commercial spaces at Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago. Plaza Chile and Plaza Central, situated in the central connector of Terminal 2, mark a milestone in the travel experience for departing passengers from Chile.
In an inaugural event held on April 2nd, Morpho Travel Experience CEO, Adriana Echandi, expressed her enthusiasm for the opening of these commercial spaces. With a strong focus on Chilean entrepreneurship, the Plazas host over 50 local entrepreneurs, showcasing textiles, jewelry, woodwork, carved stone, and gifts for travelers worldwide. Additionally, they offer an extensive selection of souvenirs and adventure/outdoor items.
Highlighting local flavors, a new crepe space has been incorporated for the enjoyment of passengers in transit and departing the country. Both Plaza Chile and Plaza Central feature a strong technological presence, with an imposing facade depicting Chile's rich experience, from the majesty of Easter Island to the vastness of the Atacama Desert and the iconic Torres del Paine.
At the heart of Plaza Chile, two immersive screens in a dome offer content by Marca Chile; a significant ally for both commercial partners. Additionally, the launch of the CLA platform is announced: the Latin American Community of Artisans in Chile. Six Chilean artisans with great potential and exposure have been selected, faithfully representing the local work of thousands of artisans participating in our stores.
