FEMALE LEADERSHIP AND PURPOSE AT THE WOMEN ON THE MOVE SUMMIT 2025

Leadership in times of transformation was the central theme of the Women on the Move Summit 2025, an initiative led by INCAE’s Leadership Center that brought together leaders and professionals to reflect on evolving approaches to leadership. 

As part of the program, Adriana Echandi, CEO of Morpho Travel Experience, participated as a speaker, sharing her perspective on leading through complexity, resilience, and purpose in organizational environments undergoing change. 

The event fostered dialogue around human-centered leadership, highlighting the role of women in shaping organizational and social transformation. Reflections shared throughout the summit emphasized leadership approaches capable of navigating complexity with clarity and long-term vision.
